Manali is a valley located in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh in northern India. It is located at the northern end of the Kullu Valley which is in the Beas River Valley, at an altitude of 2050 meters. The town of Manali is part of an ancient trade route to the Leh and Ladakh.
